VisionFund microfinance delivered training to its Branch staff
VisionFund microfinance delivered training for new Branch Managers and Customer Service Officers who came from different operational areas to Head Office from September 20-23/2021. The training was focused on Institution’s operational manual which intend to create awareness for newly joined staff. In the first quarter, VisionFund microfinance provided training on a variety of topics to 349 employees in order to enhance their competency, capacity, productivity, and performance in order to do their tasks successfully and efficiently.
The trainee said that they gained sufficient knowledge of VisionFund operational manuals, which they were able to put into practice when they returned to their branches’.
